FAQ on Managed Robotic Trading Program

1. Any minimum / maximum percentage return per month based on $50K investment. We can supply an account that began in February 2014 and continued through third week of October with $50,000. The account doubled, tripled and then quadrupled. Client withdrew more than the initial investment of $50,000 and requested his account not be furthered used for knowledge. This client is free and clear of any future risk. Best effort but should be pleasing to any normal client's appetite.

2. In regards to the client's funds, are they in clients account or / and does the client have full control of the account? All clients go to the trading website and open their own account which is much the same as opening a checking account. Process should take 5 minutes or less. Client signs the LPOA and submits. They supply a recent utility bill that matches and proves their residence. Client will have the ability to download the trading platform software and via their personal account number and password, witness their trading being performed on their behalf 24/7. The risk is in play for about 2-3 weeks (based on recent history) and everyone's draw down is pegged at a maximum of 8%. This 8% should be viewed as allowing enough of the funds being exposed to trading and the reward of profit generation.

3. What or how are account management charges calculated by the trading program Performance fees are 60% on amounts of less than $100,000. $100,000 are moved to 50%. Accounts opened or achieving $250,000 and up are reversed to 60% to the client.

4. At some point it falls upon the client to make an investment decision and place their funds. ( Please explain what you mean) This means we provide quality trading and show our hand based on compiled history of an actual client's funds but this information must be digested and a decision made on an individual actual making an investment with the minimum amount being $50,000

5 bullet blanket loans (totaling $1,112,857) closed in Memphis, TN.

These 5 blanket loans consisted of 51 single family residences in Memphis totaled just over $1.1M

The investors were active in purchasing real estate at deeply discounted prices.

They located a portfolio of 54 SF residences in Memphis. Yes, the properties had deferred maintenance, tax liens,  and the current lender was getting ready to foreclose on the owner. Because of all of this, the borrowers were not able to finance this portfolio purchase via traditional means, so they were looking for a solution. And they found it here.

The portfolio was reviewed and the properties that did not meet our lending criteria were eliminated. The borrowers then included additional properties in order to keep the necessary LTV. A title company was engaged to clear andy title issues.

As a result, the borrowers were able to receive the loan needed on 51 properties!

Blanket loans on portfolios of rental homes.
